Kathy Sisely was born and raised at Tongio near Omeo in Victoria. Kathy completed her Advanced Diploma Visual Arts (South Australia) in 1996. Her main areas of interest are oil and acrylic painting, general mixed media, drawing, dry point, sculpture and ceramics.
