Sunday May 4
A lunch trip to Benambra hotel.

The bikes at McMillans lookout on the way home, great weather (as always).
Triumph, Honda, Harley, Yamaha, BMW.

We left Swifts Creek and headed for Benambra.
Ros (thanks) had organized for our arrival, we were
made most welcome and tea, coffee and toasted sandwiches
made a great lunch.

It being a bit cool, the discussion turned to how each were
faring. The truth emerged about Alan's Snugness,
newspaper next to the skin!!

Post lunch saw an inspection of Paul's Harley.
A very nice 2001 883 Sportster.

Left, David thought he would try it for feel, a little
narrower than the farm gate, sorry, BMW, David?

Below, Alan had a go, certainly not a Triumph??----

Below, eventually we got underway again with a little side trip
along the Black Mountain road to the end of the seal (dual purpose bikes folks!!)
We stopped at the historic marker for Omeo Station (1835) which is where it all
began for Omeo.  Steve showing respect of course---- as if a Harley owner
doesn't have enough to worry about---

The BMW and Harley, both great, very different.

Apologies, three shots of bikes and partners were
blurred and unusable

(not the Honda) coming into Benambra.
